Shipping Data Input Specialist

Position Requirement

Howe Robinson Partners is looking for a Shipping Data Input Specialist to join our dynamic Tanker team in Singapore, with the opportunity to become a Junior Broker.

A successful applicant will be expected to have the following skills:

  • Attention to detail
  • Self Motivated / Driven to succeed
  • Common sense and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to learn and understand port and vessel names and trading routes/oil products.
  • High level Microsoft excel understanding
  • Basic Microsoft Outlook experience

No prior Shipping/Data entry experience is required, but it will be looked upon favorably.

In exchange, we will teach the applicant shipping routes/ports and give them an understanding/knowledge which should allow them to develop into Shipbroking in good time. However, we expect them to remain in this role for a minimum of 2 years.

Hours of work: 9.00-18.00

Salary: SGD 2,200 – 2,800 monthly (dependent on experience)
